Whether you have 20 Guests or 500, no matter how big or intimate the celebration, Sarita will work with you. She will Coordinate on the day at a fixed price rather than a percentage of your overall budget

Customised Planning
No two weddings are alike, and that’s why Sarita takes a personalised approach to every event. Sarita has worked within the Wedding Industry for over 2 years, and she she genuinely cares about your big day.
Sarita is here to provide you with the following choices:
On the day Coordinator – £800
• Meeting in Person or via Video Call to go through your Order of Day and requirements
• Liaise with all your booked suppliers to introduce myself as your Wedding Coordinator as point of contact on the day
• Overseeing the Venue Setup and being there at your Wedding Day from morning to cake cutting/evening food service to ensure smooth running of the day.
‘Partial Planning’ Package – £1200
• Initial Meeting via Video Call or in Person 3 Months before your Wedding Day and to create a timeline of events for the day
• Liaise with all your booked suppliers to ensure all is on track and running smoothly following the initial Meeting or start contacting suppliers on your behalf that you wish to book and then we will have another Meeting 2 – 4 weeks prior to Wedding Day to go through everything and run through the Timeline and all the details
• Meeting all suppliers on the day for set up and overseeing everything from morning to Evening Street Food.
• Overseeing the venue set up including table plans, decoration and helping to set up Tables.
• Coordinating order of day events
• Master of Ceremonies if required
• Any additional tasks given on the day
‘Full Planning’ Package – £1800.00
Everything above, plus the additional:
Regular updates with the clients, unlimited video calls & emails
• Venue sourcing & availability in UK only
• Supplier sourcing and providing exclusive deals
• Accommodation sourcing for you if the Venue does not have accommodation
Please note, Sarita is not a wedding stylist, she will source or recommend Suppliers to do the Venue Styling including Floral Arches, Chair Sashes – however, she will assist by setting up all tables if you provide all of your own table decorations.
Sarita will make arrangements directly with the Stylist/Suppliers to collect all items
